Rich and sweet, fully respecting the Tuscan tradition. Intense golden-yellow, with nuances of gold antico. Scents of yellow flowers and fruit, honey, candied citrus and spices. Rich, sweet, soft and velvety, with a full taste and aromatic taste scents of honey and fruit. Tradition narrates how such wine had to be ready to sanctify Easter.

Vines: Malvasia, Trebbiano and San Colombano
Vineyards: owned, planted with a density of 5.000 vines per hectare (c.ca)
Wilting: natural, in fresh and ventilated areas, where grapes remain for 3 months
Refinement: 5 years in French durmast barrels with a capacity ranging from 100 and 225 litres, followed by 5-6 months bottled
