A typically territorial personality. Deep and intense ruby red, fruity, ample and sweet, with spiced scents and a long and persistent ending. Excellent structure, soft, with evident but sweet tannin.

Vines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Merlot
Vineyards: owned, planted with a density of 5.000 vines per hectare (c.ca)
Harvest: hand-picked in 15kg crates
Refinement: 118 months in French durmast barriques with 225 litres capacity, of which 60% are new and 40% of first wine (barriques used the previous year), followed by at least 6 months bottled
