We are waiting for you at Villa La Selva Wine Resort for an all-inclusive holiday dedicated to cooking and to its traditions.
Eating means embodying a territory, participating to an emotion. Here in Tuscany, this is how we narrate our story. Our history stops by the dinner table, e spreads from a palate to the other. We are proud to pass on this fortune of ours directly, from land to table without deviations. At Villa La Selva we deeply know our land, the wild and crisp essences of the aromatic plants that perfume the air in the estate. The vineyard is core to it, hearth of our passion, and gives us native wines that we serve at table, together with the dishes prepared by our chefs with genuine and typical products of this land. Our dishes represent us, and safeguard our history with their perfumes, a story told on the tip of a fork.

Knowledge of the “white art”, creation of schiacciate and white Tuscan bread

Rates are intended per night per person, and include: three-night stay in Villa Altaserra, buffet breakfast included;
2 cooking classes of 4 hours each;
3 dinners with dishes prepared during classes, including water, wine and coffee
1 lunch, including, water, wine and coffee
1 wine tasting of three wines with buffet lunch in the barrique-room
price of the workshop
Participation certificate and cookbook with all the recipes, which will be given at the end of the last class

Rates do not include drinks and the meals not included in the programme. Eventual extra costs will be paid at the end of the course.
